If Shift + Return is used to navigation that shortcut should of course be 
listed 
in the shortcut editor as exactly that. Not hardcoded and invisible shortcut. 
As 
I see it it's a basic user interface bug to hide active shortcuts and not let 
the user change them. Don't you ackowledge that if a shortcut is listed as 
unused and it STILL has a function - it's a bug? - You could at least put in 
the 
navigation feature on that shortcut to show people it's there - and perhaps 
lock 
it so that people don't think they can actually change it.
