I've never doubt that you are seeing it. But it seems that you are the only one
who can see this. Millions of OOo users don't have that problem. So this is a
problem with your computer and not with OOo. At least it might be a problem with
Java, but I doubt.
Please don't play issue ping-pong. You are wasting community time with a
personal problem.
