The Java framework should set the https:proxyHost and https.proxyPort System
properties in the same way as it does for http and ftp. See
http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/technotes/guides/net/proxies.html for more
information. Maybe this is Java version specific, i am not sure. But at least
for newer Java version we should support this to allow easy access on this
information. I expect these properties to be set correct as well if the system
proxies are used.
