Now I think this is a problem of Windows XP and not of OpenOffice.org. Sometimes
tThe Windows Start menu will also be hidden from the task bar if it is higher
than standard if you right-click on it. The context menu will be hidden too,
sometimes.
So, I close this issue as invalid.
