The document will not open properly and only gives me the message "importing document" at roughly 10%. It has created a file called ~lock.Jade Fox.doc# (Jade Fox being the title of the document). I can open the file in Microsoft Word on another machine with absolutely no problems. I have tried copying the contents of the document into a new document and then transferred it back to my laptop.
