Have a look at the file with MS Word 2003: "screen-word.jpg" My OOo import: "screen-ooo.jpg" I also tried: * MS Office 2003 with Sun ODF Plugin 3.1 to export / save as odf, same engine - same as "screen-ooo.jpg" * MS Office 2007 save as docx, open docx with OOo: really broken: no lines, no boxes (no screenshot) * MS Office 2007 SP2 export / save as odf, a bit diffrent, but same: one graphic, not editable boxes, wrong text position, wrong lines.
