Your image only contains two colors, hence is a 1 bit per pixel (1bpp) PNG
image. Currently OOo has difficulties rendering this.
Duplicate of:
Issue 60481 - Paletted pngs (1bpp) not displayed with correct color
Fixing 60481 should fix your problem.
