Hi wdonne,
i'm afraid that there is little possibilty to gather more information without
huge effort.
However, there is always one thing you can try:
- Rename the user configuration in the "Application support" directory
- Reinstall the extension(s)
If this changes nothing:
- Remove the installation completely (Application and user stuff)
- Download and install the latest and greatest, reinstall
- Try again.
As you are the only one reporting this problem i set the target to 3.3 as i'm
not certain that we have a sufficient justification to push this into the
upcoming 3.2 release.
