------- Additional comments from kevin_trai...@openoffice.org Thu Oct 8 16:00:29 +0000 2009 ------- 1. Created 2 tables (Customers & Title) both with primary keys 2. Selected Tools > Relationships... 3. Added both tables(Customers & Title) 4. Attempted to associate the tables using the Title fields from both the tables, so as to create a lookup/association 5. I tried this a number of times using different methods (draging from one to the other and using the New Relationships dialog) All result in the following errors: OpenOffice.org Base Primary or unique constraint required on main table: "Customers" in statement [ALTER TABLE "Title" AND FOREIGN KEY ("Title") REFERENCES "Customers" ("Title")] OR OpenOffice.org Base Primary or unique constraint required on main table: "Title" in statement [ALTER TABLE "Customers" AND FOREIGN KEY ("Title") REFERENCES "Title" ("Title") ON UPDATE CASCADE ON DELETE CASCADE] --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
