1. Created 2 tables (Customers & Title) both with primary keys
2. Selected Tools > Relationships...
3. Added both tables(Customers & Title)
4. Attempted to associate the tables using the Title fields from both the 
tables, so as to create a lookup/association
5. I tried this a number of times using different methods (draging from one to 
the other and using the New Relationships dialog)
All result in the following errors:

OpenOffice.org Base
Primary or unique constraint required on main table: "Customers" in statement 
[ALTER TABLE "Title" AND FOREIGN KEY ("Title") REFERENCES "Customers" ("Title")]

OR

OpenOffice.org Base
Primary or unique constraint required on main table: "Title" in statement 
[ALTER TABLE "Customers" AND FOREIGN KEY ("Title") REFERENCES "Title" ("Title") 
ON UPDATE CASCADE ON DELETE CASCADE]
