This issue is about that Microsoft Word does not support Drawing objects inside text boxes. Thus, the OOo export to the Microsoft Word file format has somehow to workaround the missing feature of Microsoft Word. Your issue seems to be a Microsoft Word export problem after importing a Microsoft Word document. Please submit a new issue for Your problem and attach the Microsoft Word document.
