After discussing various options we finally concluded that the only way to fix
this is by running a full indexing on the site, but running the indexer is ruled
out as it will have a huge impact on the site's performance because of the huge
data-set that OO has.
However we can suggest a work around of using "http://markmail.org/"; for
searching mails.
