CWS c07v023 introduced several cases where a XPath expression is applied on a
result tree fragment. That's not allowed in XSLT 1.0 and leads to export failure
with more restrictive XSLT processors. The following patch splits create-body to
two parts: the first one computes pageProperties RTF and calls the second one
with the pageProperties RTF converted to nodeset as an additional parameter.

dtardon->obo: You introduced that change therefore you should be interested in
this issue. :)
