All drop-down entries of "Notes" can be selected, even if there are no Notes in
the document.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a document without Notes (in the meantime renamed to Comments).
2. Add some content to the document
3. Open the print dialog. You will see the document in the Print Preview. The
Notes drop-down is set to "None (document only)".
4. Change the Notes drop-down to something different, e.g. "Notes only"

Expected behavior:
... either: the Print Preview does show nothing, because there are no Notes in
the document
... or: the Notes drop-down is deactivated, since there are no Notes in the
document

The current behavior might be intended when the Notes option was "hidden" (that
means forgotten) in a separate dialog. But now the behavior of the visible Notes
option just seems to be wrong. Maybe the Writer team can comment it?
@PL: Could you please "forward" it?

Proposed behavior: Deactivate Notes drop-down. (This is consistent with the
entry "Notes" in the "View" menu in Writer.)
