Sorry, I've realised what's actually going on just now, while writing down how
to reproduce the issue.
The InteractionHandler is being called, but with a new XInteractionRequest named
"DocumentMSPasswordRequest" rather than "DocumentPasswordRequest". So there's
nothing wrong, I just need to change my code.
Closing my own report as Invalid.
