When formatting a cell to show numbers with a suffix (custom format code) we can
add text to present speed, weight, eg. "km/h", "m/s", "kg" ...
It is however impossible to use upper/lower index in the suffix to present
number of cubic meters "m3"(3 in upper index), square meters "m2"(2 in upper
index) etc. (useful when showing capacity, area).
