I've checked current situation with OOo-Dev 3.2.0 and de, fr and ja langpacks.
(A) Enable Watch translation
(B) Step Over/Step In/Step Out translation
Fr: (A) seems to be OK
(B) remains in English
De: (A) remains in reported translation "Beobachter ein/aus"
(B) seems to be OK
Ja: (A) OK
(B) OK
I will check this again after 3.2 translation is integrated, and re-assign to
the appropriate language community translation lead if the problem still
remains.
