I was about to write you a solution, when I had the same thing happen to me! So, I see the problem, now. When the crash recovery dialog came up, I hit cancel, and got a Runtime Error: Pure virtual function call. I'll list what I did to get the error next. Be back shortly. I just had another error: I tried to redock the Stylist on the right, and it disappeared, too! Didn't crash, however. I'm gonna reinstall to see if I can figure out what's happening.
