It's one of the basics: if you cannot find what triggers the crash we cannot either. Thus cannot fix it. We cannot do black magic fixing problem we don't see. "This LACK of actually looking into it, is very disconcerning to me" There is no "lack" here and "looking into it" means: - For you: find what particular circumstance leads to a crash - For us: give you ideas of what you can test to surround the problem. I have done my part. Last try: if you want to help us fixing this, try to watch out what you write, what you format and after the crash, do this again. We don't know what you add to your document, where you save it how you computer looks like.
