I renamed ~/.ooo-dev and now it works well. If I rename my ~/.openoffice.org in ~/.ooo-dev (ie. I use my config for 3.1.1 in OOO320_m2) I have the same issue (missing menu entries). I don't know if this must be considered as an issue for Config Manager or I can close it as worksforme.
