It is the same for all the questions. I will attempt to attach a *.tiff document showing this image. However I suggest you open the document in both Open Office and in Microsoft Word and compare them. I classed it as a Priority P3 because you cannot use Open Office application to make any sense of the document. It only makes sense in Microsoft Word. So it is unusable.
