2005 -------
The Issue was just partially fixed. The items "Relationships", "User
Administration" and "Table Filter", the items under "Insert" and under the
"View" were translated but at the menu "Edit" the options "Delete", "Rename",
"Edit" and "Open Database Object..." were NOT translated.
So i'm reopening the issue.
