This problem occurs on a fresh install of OpenOffice on Windows 7 and affects at
least the Calc and Writer modules.

If you open a document and try to save it, the Save As dialog has a blank 
filename.

Similarly, a new document save filename is blank instead of showing
'Untitled'... or whatever template is being used.
