Nevertheless program behavior should be consistent and changing just the link should be regarded as a second way to do the same thing. In Draw it's working fine as expected - means: File open Dialog opens. But then the selected image gets not replaced but selection is ignored and the newly inserted image gets just placed over the old one and does not replace it.
