------- Additional comments from chaossp...@openoffice.org Wed Oct 28 15:57:44 +0000 2009 ------- When saving a column line chart in 2000/XP .doc file format the chart becomes corrupt for users of MsOffice. The chart is displayed but only the first segment of the line is displayed and several other components of the chart is missing (Legend, horizontal tick marks, Please see attachment.) How to reproduce: Make a new odt document test.odt Open in OpenOffice writer and add a Column Line chart. Save document in 2000/XP .doc format Open the .doc file with MsOffice 2007 (or similar) Expected behaviour: Chart is displayed similar to how it is displayed in OpenOffice Actual Behaviour: Chart is displayed with a broken line and with legend and other artifacts missing. Note: opening the .doc file with OpenOffice does not produce this broken chart. Note 2: I'm not sure if this bug is an OpenOffice issue or a MsOffice issue. Note 3: Doing the same "how to reproduce" with OpenOffice 2.4 does not create this broken chart. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
