This is not an OOo specific problem. It seems that Windows (or some tools)
removes entries of the MSI database. If this entry is missing OOo can't be
updated. Please try this MS tool to remove the OOo registry entries:
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/). Please read carefully the description
of this tool.
