such as "2009/6/19", this format is very weired, and looks ugly. If we use a
slash as separator, we usually use '/'. 

This format appears in the format listbox of cell format, in the formula bar of
a date cell, in the date field of "accept or reject changes"dialog. If there are
more place, I'll comment here.
