Found in 3.1.1 by him, confirming it also happens in 3.0 beta.

In the table wizard, when I add a field, then remove that field, the
wizard is unable to later create the table in its final step.

Steps to reproduce:

* Open OpenOffice.org Base.

  * The “Database Wizard” opens at the “Select database” step.

* Select “Create a new database”, then select “Next”.

  * The wizard proceeds to the “Save and proceed” step.

* Select “No, do not register the database”.

* Select “Create tables using the table wizard”.

* Select “Finish".

  * The wizard prompts for a filename for the document.

* Select an arbitrary document filename for the new document, then select
“Save”.

  * The “Table Wizard” appears, at the “Select fields” step.

* Select the sample table “Tasks”.

* Select all available fields with the “>>” control.

* Select “Next”.

  * The wizard proceeds to the “Set types and formats” step.

* Select the “+” control to add a new field.

  * The new field is added to the list, named “Field”.

* Select the new field, then select the “−” control to remove the field.

  * The field is removed from the list.

* Select “Next”.

  * The wizard proceeds to the “Set primary key” step.

* Select “Use an existing field as primary key”.

  * The “Fieldname” control becomes active.

* Select the field named “TaskID”.

* Select “Next”.

  * The wizard proceeds to the “Create table” step.

* Select “Create a form based on this table”.

* Select “Finish”.

  * An “OpenOffice.org Base” error dialogue appears, with the message:

    Unexpected token: in statement [CREATE TABLE "Tasks" ("Notes"
LONGVARCHAR,"TaskID" INTEGER NOT NULL,"EndDate" DATE,"StartDate"
DATE,"Description" LONGVARCHAR,""]

  * The wizard will not proceed; no matter what action is selected,
    the same error message appears.
