You have got empty cells between your date and your have chosen the plot option
"leave gap". So there is no "next" point where OOo can plot a line. To get a
line nevertheless, you have to choose the plot option "Continue line".
Find the plot options in the property dialog of the data series, in dialog page
"Options".
