hmm...
cannot reproduce (on unxsoli OOO320_m3).
the exception is thrown if the entry cannot be found in the storage, and
creating the entry is not allowed (read-only or...).
the DocumentProperties service only calls openStreamElement("meta.xml", READ) on
the storage.
