The zipfile password is 0502. Exporting the odg (muenchen_v3.1_mitstadtbezgrenzen.odg) to pdf (-> muenchen_v3.1_mitstadtbezgrenzen.pdf), openoffice.org 3.1.1 (Linux .deb version) renders the transparent lines as pixel (!) objects, partly with strange colors.
