Currently the print preview does only show the currently manually selected page
(behavior according specification).

Proposal: If the user manually enters page numbers in the field "Pages" /
"Slides" (Tab General), then the last entered page/slide should be automatically
shown in the print preview. No changes for the other options for "Range and 
Copies"

Rationale: If the user wants to print certain pages, he may just know how the
pages look like. Then he would be able to manually select the pages in the print
preview, but it would be even more convenient to automatically update the print
preview during typing. Mistakes can be easily identified by the user.

Open Points: I'm unsure of the moment if the print preview should be also
updated when moving the cursor through the Pages field. Then, the update may be
perceived as annoying.
