Hi,
lets start with PGP, OOo can't solve problems of Microsofts crypto engine.
Development of a unique cryptoengine for OOo doesn't match a good performance
between investment and outcome. Especially if the OS has an build in facility
for this.
Your first point regarding the help files :
Help is an on going project. The members especially ufi is aware of this Issue
and has taken care of this. Will be in one of the upcoming builds. Regarding
your comment about how to add a cert to the keystore, this is normally done by
the Issuer of the Cert.
