------- Additional comments from eddie_ey...@openoffice.org Wed Nov 18 18:09:50 +0000 2009 ------- When you insert the field for the total number of pages into a header or footer, this always displays the total number of pages in the document. This ignores any restarting of page numbering in the document. For example: a spreadsheet with 2 sheets, each with a different page style, each style set to start page numbering from 1, each sheet running to 2 printed pages. The page numbering on each successive page will read: 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 1 of 4, 2 of 4. This makes no sense. A common sense rendering of the above example would be: 1 of 2, 2 of 2, 1 of 2, 2 of 2. A total number of pages should be the number of pages of each page numbering sequence, with distinct page numbering sequences being delimited by a restarting of page numbering. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
