When you start your presentation by entering the outline (not an unusual way),
when your first slide is filled with text, no new slide is added automatically,
nor does the text go there. Even if you want to split the text at cursor
location to two slides (i.e. add a new slide and put the text after the cursor
there) that's not possible. You can only add a new empty slide.
Comparing slides with paragraphs, I feel something should be there to split one
paragraph into two. It seems Microsoft PowerPoint (version 2000) also cannot do
that, but is this a reason for OOo not to try to implement that?
