Reproduce:
1. Create a new report
2. Set in the properties box the property Width (or any other) so that it
overlaps another element.
3. Read "This operation is not allowed. The control overlaps with another one."
4. Try step 2 again
5. See OpenOffice crashing without any other information again
6. Read OS-Information about unexpected quitting of an application
