The target completion has changed multiple times. I do not understand why what appears to be a simple change, with most posts agreeing on how to fix it, can take so long, and still not be fixed, nor even an estimated date that it will be fixed. And yes "FIX" is the appropriate term. It may not be a bug as such, but it is definitely a problem that needs fixing.
