The problem can bee seen in two different situations.

1. Pagewidth
The problem is independent from any macro. I can reproduce it with a new writer
document on different Laptops with OOo V3.0.1. and V3.1.1.

I made a new writer document which has a pagesize of 119.5cm width and 100cm
height. I filled it with some text. (6 lines, fontsize 96) It' OK.

Afterwards I changed the width of this document to 119.6cm, then the problem can
be seen. The text becomes rearranged, each line one character, and is a lot of
pages in size, document length, now. (because of the fontsize)

Afterwards I changed the pagemargin left from 2.0 to 2.1cm, then the text comes
up again as it should do.

2. Framesize

On a second document which should be 200cm in width and 100cm in height, there
should be a textframe with 198cm.

I made a Frame of 100cm in width and about 30cm in height. If I drag this Frame
to a width of around 117cm the text will be rearranged immediately in a similar
way as in situation 1, each line only some characters long, and now I have a lot
of lines ...

For me this problem might be dependent on a certain maxium linewidth, nothing to
do with pagesize or textframesize...
