Thank you for your answer, due to your questions we discover that the problem is
not in the MySQL connector but in the ODBC connector.
We verify MySQL tables with Phpmyadmin and we find that accented letters and so
on match perfectly using MySQL connector and mismatch using ODBC connector.
We will now start use MySQL connector in production, correcting the errors due
to the ODBC connector.
I change the issue to INVALID, thank you very much!
