Behavior OOo <=3.2: The "Print to file" had to be set for each print jobs
separately.

Behavior printerpullpages: The setting has been moved to a separate tab page. If
the setting is changed, it is changed for all applications and also saved
(persistent after restart of OOo).

Issue: Users usually print only certain document types / documents into files.

Proposal: The best solution is to keep the setting on a per-document-window
basis. It doesn't need to be saved for being persistant. If this is hard to
realize, then it might be sufficient to provide an application dependent option
(e.g. change in Writer --> change for all Writer documents).
