To do so, have a look at project Drawinglayer. In
inc/drawinglayer/primitive2d/baseprimitive2d.hxx You will fond the header with
the reworked definitions, especially the split in buffering and non-buffering
primitives. As You may notice, i took some time to comment nearly the whole
drawinglayer project more extensively, too.
You may also take a look at basegfx, where i added some tooling for B2DHomMatrix
in inc/matrix/b2dhommatrixtools.hxx.
