First investigation reveals that the import of the paragraph style information
does not work as expected for this document.
I have debugged method <SwWW8ImplReader::SetOutLineStyle()> and recognized that
the outline level and the outline numbering are not correctly imported for the
corresponding paragraph styles.
The given WW8 document seems to be created by Microsoft Word 97 or by an earlier
version. Opening the given document in Microsoft Word 2003, save it under
another file name and open this WW8 document in OOo works as expected.
OD->HBRINKM: Please have a look at the WW8 paragraph style import for this
document.
