@typist:
Concerning the core part of this issue: the problem reproduction.
We still don't have:
- a clear step by step description of the problem
- a document before/after the problem
- seen that you have checked this in a native (non Ubuntu) version so that we
could assume it's an Ubuntu version problem. Check this on a native build.

This info is needed in order to reopen the issue.

Now to the rest of your comments (which I'm not eager to discuss here because we
are neither on a chat nor a discussion forum):

- Gathering the same experience by a colleague:
* doesn't make it reproducible (fixable) for us, again due to a lack of precise
description.
* doesn't show so far the same bug has been reproduced but just the same symptom
(just like there might be many reasons for a crash).

- an overall *feeling* about the quality of a version might indeed indicate the
quality has changed but is still not enough for us to take action. We need
metrics, something we can start with.
Again: talking about general quality and unrelated issues in a specific issue is
out of topic and doesn't help resolving this particular issue.

- Yes a lot of bug exist but as well as as many user errors. There is not point
about discussing both.

- Users are *free* to report EVERY bug they find. But when they decide to do so
it implies they spend time on surrounding the problem accurately before
reporting. The "Hey it crashed yesterday! Bye!" (that's a bit how you reported)
doesn't help. And no, we are not glad about ANY feedback (positive or negative)
just about concrete and detailed feedback allowing us to change something.
Plus: it's the essence of an issue tracking system to deal with *problems*. So
we don't expect "happy" people to report here. So mentioning you are unsatisfied
is redundant.

As mentioned at the top of this comment: this issue still lacks of technical
info justifying it to be reopened.
