In cell C62 (and also the other cells below) there is a data-validity-check/constraint given (see Daten-Gültigkeit-Kriterien...), using the cell-range $C$2:$C$47 as the range for the valid values. This range contains the value 27, but entering this value in cell C62 yields an "invalid value"-error.
