@PL: Based on our mail exchange --> moved to the Issue Tracker.

CURRENT BEHAVIOR
If there are no pages to be printed, the current Print Preview doesn't show any
border and uses large text (screenshot attached).

That leads to the following problems:
- The user doesn't get a clue that the whole area is usually used to show pages
- There is no clue for the mouseover region explaining the Print Preview: issue

- The large text looks different from the rest of the dialog

PROPOSED BEHAVIOR

The spec defines a border and uses text similar to the page (mockup attached).
