------- Additional comments from wyrob...@openoffice.org Mon Dec 7 10:42:28 +0000 2009 ------- openoffice.org 3.1.1. When run inside a vmware workstation virtual machine, inserting a link to external data fails by not showing any available tables/ranges in the external data source. This applies only to remote URLs like http://www.google.com. Linking to e.g. local spreadsheets works. I reproduced this error with vmware workstation 7 running on the following hosts: debian 5 (lenny), debian testing (squeeze), opensuse 11.2 with the following guest OS: ubuntu 9.10, debian testing (squeeze), fedora 12. OOo 3.1.1. in a windows xp professional guest does not exhibit this error on any of the aforementioned host systems. OOo 3.01 (OOO300m15 (Build:9379) in a Ubuntu 9.04 guest works without problems --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
