Start OOo2.4.3 with a Draw document.
Draw a classic callout, that is the object from the text toolbar.
Move the mouse to the greatest handle. The mouse cursor becomes a hand.
Drag the handle some distance towards the middle of the edge. You get rounded
corners.

Now try the same in OOo3.x. It is no longer possible.

If you insert a callout with rounded corners from Draw2.4.3, the rounded corners
are shown, but you cannot change the radius.
