In Mail Merge Wizard, step 4, insert personalized salutation the entry in "Field
name" for indicating a female recipient is not used. The value specified in
"Match fields" is ignored too. Instead a hardcoded language-specific field name
like "Gender" or "Geschlecht" (german) is used. If the address list doesn't
contain such a field, the male recipient salutation is used for all recipients.
The used field name can be checked in step 6, edit document. The condition for
hidden paragraph is defined like:
([adresslist.Sheet1.Gender] != "Frau" OR NOT [adresslist.Sheet1.Name]) OR
(![adresslist.Sheet1.Name])
