The value specified in "Match fields" is ignored too. Instead a hardcoded language-specific field name like "Gender" or "Geschlecht" (german) is used. If the address list doesn't contain such a field, the male recipient salutation is used for all recipients. The used field name can be checked in step 6, edit document.
