1. Enclose definitions of RegDeleteKeyExA/W for MinGW in extern "C" {}
2. #define STRSAFE_NO_DEPRECATE as gcc STL in MinGW uses old string functions
internally.
3. In addition to #define KEY_WOW64_64KEY, #define KEY_WOW64_32KEY as well.
