The new "Use first line as column names" function in the Copy table wizard adds
a space before the names of the columns.  

Open the attached RTF document in Writer.
Select the Table
Create a new database document.
Paste in a new table.
Defaults on step 1 of wizard.
Select all existing columns in step 2.
Step 3, note the Field name has an extra space at the beginning of the name.
