Ctrl+E should be binded by default to the select all function (and so says the
edit menu), but insted it's binded to the center function, as in the EN
releases.

You could think that by pressing Ctrl+A you could select all the text, as in the
EN releases, but in the ES release, that keys combination is binded to the open
file function, so by default, in the ES releases, there is no way of calling the
select all function with the keyboard.

I know you can change these bindings, but the default settings are annoying and
not properly localized. Same is applicable to the other 3.X releases. In 2.X,
Ctrl+E was correctly localized.
